Kai Togami

Kai is currently the Sam Walton Fellow for the JBU Enactus program and Professor of International Business in the Soderquist College of Business. He does consulting work in the area of organizational effectiveness, serves as a board member/ advisor for three non-profit organizations and assists in operating a family foundation.

He has extensive experience as a teacher and coach both internationally and domestically (Kingsway, Bahamas; Aurora Christian, IL; Prophetstown HS, IL; Wheaton College, IL). He has done leadership development, organizational effectiveness and process improvement for Fortune 500 and Inc. 500 organizations (ServiceMaster, Neumann Homes Production Builders, Walmart Stores Inc.)

Ana Castillo

Ana Castillo has a passion for helping others accomplish their goals. She currently serves as a Graduate Assistant for the Soderquist College of Business as she earns her MBA in Healthcare Administration. She helps develop and deliver their Executive Education program and serves as an Enactus advisor. Ana brings a wealth of experience to the Enactus Club (the largest student-led club on campus). She has been a club member, project leader, competition speaker, interpreter, and international trip guide for JBU Enactus.

She has also served others through work at a local tax service agency, marketing for the Siloam Springs Chamber of Commerce, and Development and Marketing for Healing Waters International. She enjoys International work and building relationships by encouraging others.
